Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, hosiery, or intimate apparel unless items are faulty or not as described. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process below and indicate that you’d like an exchange.

  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit card payments: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items
